Analytical method development and validation for herbal markers

Project brief:

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) provides a simple, reliable, reproducible analytical technique. An international client (undisclosed name upon his request) is collaborating with experienced calibers in Nawah-Scientific to develop a quick and selective HPLC method for the separation and quantification of markers in crude plant material, plant extract, and marketed herbal formulations.

The aim of this project is to develop and validate HPLC methods for standardization of commercial herbal extracts in compliance with ICH (International Conference on Harmonization) guidelines.
