Analytical Chemistry Researcher

Job brief:

• As an Analytical Chemistry Researcher, your purpose is to ensure accurate and reliable analysis of pharmaceutical products. You will implement and maintain compliance with standards (GLP, GMP, ISO 17025). Additionally, you will oversee laboratory activities and ensuring compliance with our management system integrity.

Job Tasks:

1. Implement GLP, GMP, and ISO 17025 standards, and ensure compliance with laboratory safety rules.
2. Conduct inspections for all delivered items to the laboratory, ensuring adherence to the laboratory system.
3. Update, revise, and maintain laboratory rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant documents.
4. Review analytical protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Evaluate analytical test methods and laboratory reports for quality and reliability.
6. Ensure data integrity within the laboratory by maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping.
7. Develop new Analytical Methods for investigating analytes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
8. Utilize various analytical instrumentation and techniques such as HPLC and UV spectroscopic instruments to analyze raw materials, drug substances, impurities, and drug products.
9. Perform assay, dissolution, and content testing to assess product quality and compliance.
10. Manage equipment maintenance and verification to uphold optimal functionality and reliability, ensuring accurate measurements and prompt resolution of equipment issues.

Job Requirements:

➢ Must-to-Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science.
2. 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical companies.
3. Have at least 5 years of experience with HPLC instruments.
4. Experience with the laboratory documentation system.
5. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and confidently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
6. Possess technical abilities to handle various analytical activities.
7. Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills.

➢ Nice-to-have:

1. Background in the analysis of Natural products.
2. Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
