What is Nawah?

Nawah Scientific is Egypt’s biggest multidisciplinary research center, catering to natural and biomedical sciences. Nawah offers its services online and on demand. Nawah’s online platform receives experiments requests, Nawah’s scientists carry them out and return results online. We serve industries in need of product development and analysis (Pharmaceuticals, Petro/Oil, chemicals, agriculture,…) as well as academics at universities in disciplines of life sciences (Biology, chem, pharma,โ€ฆ).

1. Junior account manager (Indoor)

Job description:

  • Manage a group of Nawah’s accounts and customers.
  • Generate sales through spreading accurate information about the company services
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Nawah’s clients, follow up, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Carry calls, manage email, WhatsApp account, and meetings.
  • Although primarily an office-based job, customer visits from time to time might be needed.
  • Representing Nawah in scientific conferences.

Job requirements:

  • This is an opportunity for fresh of pharmacy graduates.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • A strong track record of participation in student activities is important.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Excellent English, spoken and written.
  • A great team player, who can really work under pressure (occasionally, working for late hours or on weekends).

2. Senior account manager (Indoor)

Job description:

  • Understand company goals and key performance metrics and exceed these goals throughout the campaign.
  • Generate sales through spreading accurate information about the company services
  • Guarantee that we maintain an excellent customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
  • Prepare weekly report for his/her team performance to sales manager.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with Nawah’s clients, follow up, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Carry calls, manage email and WhatsApp account, and represent Nawah in meetings.
  • Although primarily an office-based job, customer visits from time to time might be needed.
  • Representing Nawah in scientific conferences.

Job requirements:

  • 2 – 5 yearsโ€™ experience in any sales position or account management.
  • Bachelor of pharmacy degree.
  • Advanced communication (written and oral) skills.
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
  • Handle Multiple Priorities; multi-tasking.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent English, spoken and written.
  • A great team player, who can really work under pressure (occasionally, working for late hours or on weekends).
