Microbial swab analysis and air monitoring is an environmental monitoring tool to help verify absence of contaminants may arise from hands, surface, or air during food preparation process. It can be also used to validate sanitation program effectiveness (cleaning verification). NAWAH laboratories has ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation in broad range of test method.

Samples are taken at the customer level in, for example, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and manufacturing facilities. Swabs are then sent to our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory to be tested.

Indicator species are tested to assess sanitation and conditions in a manner that can deliver an early warning of contamination issues.
