Services

Western blot detection:

Includes colorimetric, chemiluminescent, and stain-free blots.

Nucleic acid detection:

Includes UV detection and analysis of ethidium bromide-, SybrGreen or Sybr Safe-labelled nucleic acid gels.

Protein Staining, 1-D Gels:

Includes separation and analysis of proteins by molecular weight over a range of about 10 to 300 kilodaltons (kDa).

Protein Staining, 2-D Gels:

Includes protein characterization, purification and profiling, and posttranslational modification studies.
