EGP0.00 / Gene & fragment PCR amplification

Gene expression analysis allows the researcher to precisely measure functional gene activity. Various questions that could be addressed via gene expression analysis include detecting alteration of gene expression due to pharmacological treatment, the oncogenic transformation of cells, and other pathological conditions such as infectious diseases and autoimmune disorders.

Multipurpose treated-flasks

Multipurpose treated-flasks is a service that was launched based on our customers’ needs. Thanks to the quality of our cells, researchers can choose a cell line from a wide range of different cancer type, treat the flasks with the drugs of interest and then use these flasks in a variety of assays. Further assays include but not limited to Western Blot, PCR, Flow Cytometry, RTqPCR, ELISA kits and Immunoprecipitation. The service aims to save the researcher’s time and effort; and assist the scientific community.

PCR primer design and validation

EGP0.00 / reaction

PCR primers define the target region to be amplified and generally range in length from 15–30 bases. Primers shall fulfil several requirements to be valid such as GC-content of 40–60%, No three G or C residues in a row near the 3′-end of the primer and the melting temperature (Tm) of both two primers, to be within 5°C.
