Sales Account Manager
Job brief:
The Account Manager will be in charge of managing and growing a portfolio of Nawah accounts, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to represent Nawah scientific conferences and learn from the best experts in the field.
Job Tasks:
- Manage and develop Nawah accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Actively approach and engage with targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks… etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Set, track, and achieve sales targets, aligned with company goals and strategies.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Represent the company effectively, showcasing knowledge of our scientific research services and addressing customer needs.
Job Requirement:
➢ Must-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Agriculture.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management within a related field, in the country you are applying for.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good in the English language and Microsoft office.
➢ Nice-to-have:
1. Familiarity in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
