Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job brief:

  • Ensure the company attracts and hires high-quality talent by implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. This role plays a critical part in implementing the transformation of recruitment practices, promoting the employer brand, aligning workforce plans with business needs, and overseeing talent acquisition activities across multiple locations.

Job Tasks:

1. Attract, Source, Select, and Onboard Top Talent:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to select the best-fit talent.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.

2. Implement Transformation Plan from Recruitment to Talent Acquisition:

  • Drive the transformation of recruitment practices by implementing talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective processes and systems that support talent acquisition objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and selection methods to enhance the quality of hires.

3-Promote the Employer Brand:

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create compelling employer brand messaging and materials to attract top talent.
  • Leverage social media, job boards, and other platforms to showcase the organization’s culture and values.

4-Business-Driven Workforce Plans:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop workforce plans accordingly.
  • Conduct workforce planning activities to ensure the organization has the right talent at the right time.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives.

5-Administer Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

  • Oversee the effective utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for seamless recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
  • Train and support hiring managers and team members on ATS usage and best practices

6-Talent Acquisition Activities Across Locations:

  • Lead talent acquisition activities across three locations, ensuring consistency, alignment, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams and hiring managers to understand local talent markets and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.

Job Requirements:

➢ Must-to-Have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience 3-4 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
  3. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection processes.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

➢ Nice-to-have:

  1. Familiarity with employer branding techniques and practices.
  2. Ability to develop and execute business-driven workforce plans.
  3. Experience in administering Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar HR technology platforms.
