Molecular Assistant Researcher
Job brief:
As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for handling laboratory activities and comply with the lab management system integrity.
Job Tasks:
- Conduct experiments for service requests and R&D tasks.
- Conduct SOPs for experimental protocols and laboratory equipment.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the design and troubleshooting of new experimental protocols.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all quality activities as documented in QPs and test methods.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance practices within the laboratory.
- Adhere to rigorous lab safety policies and procedures.
- Co-organization laboratory data and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Job Requirement:
➢ Must to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy.
- 1-4 years of experience, in the country you are applying for.
- Shows a high level of commitment, self-discipline, and perseverance in executing research tasks.
➢ Nice to have:
1. Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques.
2. Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP).
3. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to systematically troubleshoot experiments or unexpected results.
4. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present research findings.
