The renowned business leader, coach, and public figure, Dr. Amr Elfass is set to join Nawah Scientific, MENA’s fastest-growing life science venture, to lead the company’s transformation into a multinational corporate as a wave of acquisitions and regional expansion is in motion and is expected to be announced later in 2022.
Dr. Elfass will hold the title of “VP Business Success” which reflects a very strategic role in which Dr. Elfass will be working closely with Nawah top management in restructuring the company to cope with the immense growth, fit the new multi-geographical scale, and achieve planned business goals while maintaining the core values, mission and vision it was built around.

Dr. Elfass led an exceptional career in major pharmaceutical companies, starting in Janssen and moving to Abbott Laboratories where he became a pillar in establishing core business areas. After Abbott, Dr. Elfass transitioned from the commercial side to a learning and development role at Innovara, transforming companies and leaders by furnishing them with the right tools to succeed, including coaching, learning and development, training solutions, and culture transformation.
